Version 1.13 released

This version fixes an important bug related to translation. Also several smaller UI improvements backported from the upcoming mobile version (mostly related to improved visibility on a small screen, so useful if you play on SteamDeck).
Note: This version still contains low quality (but complete and usable) localization files.

– [interface] Clicking on a monster (3D view) attacks it (default fight).
– [interface] Localize system improvements.

– [misc] Updated engine to the newest version.
– [misc] New locale ru_RU.

– [fix] Locale problem where some lines were not translated at all.
